It is a privilege to write to you regarding Josh Greenwood. I have known Josh for the past 2 years through my role as Worship Pastor at Spring of Life Christian Church. Josh assisted me in leading worship for a young adult service, and then went on to join our staff in the role of Worship Leader and Program Director for Students. Since that time, we have met regularly to discuss worship and how to lead both students and adults effectively in an encounter with God.

Through working with Josh in these capacities, I have come to appreciate first and foremost his heart for God. I truly believe that Josh is passionate about his relationship with Jesus and is committed to following Him fully in every area of his life, including his marriage, his role as a dad and his work with the students. Beyond that, I have seen Josh become a student of worship leading, growing himself, and pushing me to grow, through reading about and discussing the topic of leading others in worship. I have seen him make difficult leadership decisions and have tough conversations when needed with sincere thought and prayer. I’ve watched him build into the students, developing student leaders and new teams and seen the student ministry department grow both numerically and in participation in worship under his leadership. Josh has been blessed with an excellent singing voice and has worked hard developing his skill as a guitarist.

I would highly recommend Josh to you for consideration for a worship leader / program director position, especially one working with students.

Josh did an exemplary job in our Student ministry in many different areas that include; Programming for Sunday, small group leadership, and teaching.
